What started out as an experiment, grew beyond anything I would’ve ever expected. Now with hundreds of posts, over a million and a half views, and many people seeing me at Workday Rising and saying, “Oh, you’re Keith from LinkedIn,” it has been amazing to have my posts impact and encourage so many people in their Workday© journey.
My posts include tips about Workday functionality as well as general Workday support team suggestions. I recognize that many people don’t have time to go back through all of my old posts (which can be difficult on LinkedIn), even though many of my technical posts are still just as valuable and valid to this day.
At a recent event, I was approached by someone who thanked me for all the posts I have done over the years. This person went on to say that not only have they updated their Workday tenant based on suggestions from my posts, but they are sure that hundreds of companies have done the same thing. That was not only humbling to hear, but also quite encouraging, and it led me to the idea of creating this e-book.
This conversation made me realize that I really wanted to find an easy way to share all of my Workday functionality-related posts in one easy-to-read location. I went back through every post I’ve made for the last two years and assembled all of the software functionality posts. I’ve taken the time to organize them into categories and into comprehensive lists so that others could have all of them in one place.
