Tools like CliftonStrengths, DISC, Kolbe, and Myers-Briggs don’t tell you what job to take, but they do reveal patterns, what energizes you, what drains you, and where burnout can creep in if you’re not careful. Strengths like responsibility or futurism are powerful, but unmanaged, they can quietly work against you.
We also explored how AI is becoming a useful companion in career reflection. Not as a replacement for coaching or mentors, but as a way to surface patterns, ask better questions, and accelerate learning. Combined with curiosity and a willingness to keep learning, it can open doors you may not even see yet.
