About Keith
When I was working with a customer in 2014, we went live with Workday. Without a long-term support plan in place, the team soon learned that they needed help daily – and they started coming to me.
As a Project Manager for the initial project, I was not trained to support a system like Workday. So I educated myself and started learning how to lead my team to success.
By talking to Workday and every Workday customer I could find, I grew my knowledge and expertise in how to best support Workday. Add to that, my 30 years of experience in IT, operations, and consulting roles, and I believe I have found the best way to help guide others to not only be successful with Workday, but in their careers.
I take care in providing a personalized approach to helping others grow in their field. Coaching is a passion of mine and I enjoy seeing others exceed their own expectations and grow to their potential.
My Mission
Since 2020, I have been doing one-on-one coaching for Workday support teams as well as career coaching.
Through the guidance of my career coach and my continued education concentrating on becoming a certified career coach myself, I have found my calling to serve others. I have found that I do my best work when helping others find their way.
My mission is to work with professionals that are looking for career and personal growth.
