Workday Customers- For those of you that help troubleshoot security or worker access issues, the ‘Worker Security’ report can be incredibly helpful.

This is a relatively new option. So, depending on when you started using Workday, this may already be setup in your system. For customers that have been live on Workday for a while, I’d suggest you consider adding it to your Worker Profile page. The pictured screenshot is from the GMS tenant.

You can add this by the following steps (assuming you have config access to do this):
– Search on ‘Configure Profile Group’
– Select ‘Job for Worker Profile’
– Add ‘Worker Security’ to the list of reports / tabs

If the Worker Security report isn’t available in your tenant, you can duplicate it from what is in the GMS tenant. You can use the GMS tenant in Community here.

This is really useful to see all the different security groups (user-based, job-based, rule-based, etc.) that a specific user is in.
