If you wish to cancel your order participation in a training session, you may do so by notifying Bitikofer Consulting LLC at least 2 (two) business days prior to the official start date of said training session. The only method of canceling is to send an email to [email protected] with your request. 

Bitikofer Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live/on-demand training session due to insufficient registrations, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If the training session is canceled, registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

If a webinar is rescheduled, registered attendees will be notified about the new date and time as soon as it is rescheduled. If you are not available on the new date and time, you will need to contact Bitikofer Consulting LLC with a cancellation request at least 2 (two) business days prior to the official start date of said training session and we will provide a full refund within 10 business days.
