Meet
Keith
From 2014-2020, Keith Bitikofer was a project manager, HRIS director, Enterprise Systems director, etc. at a large global nonprofit organization that used Workday. He was the project manager for the initial Workday HCM project, then led the teams that supported Workday as they rolled out the Financial Modules, a global rollout to around 40 of their partner organizations, Prism, many Extend apps, and hundreds of integrations, etc.
As the footprint of this organization’s use of Workday grew, their support team and support team model had to morph and grow with the needs. Based on this experience, plus a total of 30+ years of experience in IT and Operations roles in Higher Ed, Manufacturing, Consulting, and Nonprofit, he now helps coach the management and staff of other companies that use Workday and other software systems.
For the past few years, Keith has been a partner and consultant at EMD, which is an official Workday Partner.
